I recently stayed at this resort spa, and while it has some appealing aspects, there are definitely areas that could use improvement. The surroundings are quite serene and the staff was helpful, but the rooms and hallways need a bit of an upgrade to match their advertised luxury. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a quiet getaway, but not quite the luxurious experience I was hoping for.

Rooms
6.0
The room was presentable and comfortable, with access to the outside, although the mattress was somewhat lumpy and the bathroom plumbing was outdated.
Service
8.0
The front desk staff was friendly and genuinely helpful during my stay.
Location
7.0
The hotel is set back from the road, making it a quiet retreat, but it's not particularly close to many attractions.
Dining
5.0
I chose to dine out as the restaurant menu seemed a bit pricey for my taste.
Facilities
8.0
The spa facilities are impressive, although I didn't have a chance to use them during my stay.

7.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel's large parking area was perfect for my snowmobile trailer, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. However, my dining experience was disappointing, especially for the prices charged. The restaurant didn't meet the expectations set by its fine dining claims, making it feel more like a diner. Overall, while there were several positives, I left feeling like I could have had a better experience elsewhere.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were adequate for my stay, but I didn't spend much time in them since I was out snowmobiling.
Service
9.0
The staff were very helpful, especially Lucas and Stephanie, who went out of their way to assist with my gear.
Location
8.0
The hotel had a spacious parking lot that suited my needs perfectly, making it convenient for snowmobilers.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown; while the service was friendly, the food didn't match the upscale prices and felt underwhelming.
Facilities
6.0
The common room was useful for storing our equipment, but the overall upkeep needs improvement.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The spa services were outstanding, and the staff at the spa were fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the noise levels from weddings and loud guests during my stays, which completely ruined my chances of a good night's sleep. Overall, while there were a few bright spots, the lack of soundproofing and management of events was a significant downside.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were comfortable, but the interior showed signs of aging. I felt cramped at times, especially with the poorly placed bathroom features.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss - I had issues with room service and a lack of response from the front desk, which was frustrating during my stay.
Location
Dining
5.0
The food was decent but overpriced for what was offered. Breakfast was average and did not meet my expectations based on the price.
Facilities
7.0
The spa facilities were excellent, but general amenities like the pool area could use some enhancement for a true resort feel.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. On one hand, the venue is absolutely beautiful, and the spa experience was surreal. On the other hand, the service issues and high pricing were disappointing. It's a great place for relaxation and features lovely amenities, but the service could use improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are comfortable, but they showed signs of age. Some decor is dated, which detracted from the overall experience.
Service
5.0
Service was lackluster at times, especially during the dining experiences, which took longer than expected. Some facilities did not seem well-staffed.
Location
9.0
The location is peaceful and quiet, set within a nature-friendly area with beautiful surroundings. It offers a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.
Dining
5.0
The meals were just average, and the prices felt a bit steep for the quality provided, especially during catered events.
Facilities

The spa facilities, especially the Nordic baths and steam room, were wonderful, but some amenities were not as accessible during my stay.
